An Independent Review allows the opportunity for business and individuals to have insight into the daily running of their service. This review is aimed at business owners or managers who are looking for honest feedback about the fundamentals. You may have specific concerns, or are looking for a routine overview to maintain your high standards. Let us be your reliable eyes and ears.
Within this session your consultant will aim to observe the following elements as standard (and can be amended with targeted considerations where requested):
Organisational structure - Team dynamics and strengths and opportunities for development in individual members.
Compliance snapshot looking at overview of work product.
Safety of service.
Recruitment and retention.
Contingency and work standards.
Day to day interaction and intentions.
“Secret shopper” observation.
Following the session you will be left with a better understanding of:
How the setting is running and the opportunities for development across the team.
Compliance status.
How safe the service is.
Suitability of staffing levels and methods of recruitment.
Business continuity plans and risk management procedure.
Fundamental styles of managing day to day workloads.
What the “real” processes look like.
This session is £500 and is completed within your care setting (With the exception of remote behind the scenes observations). The session comprises a mixture of observation and discussion and will conclude with an hour conversation to impart garnered information. A document detailing the key points of note will also be produced for your service.
